We are thrilled to announce an exclusive interview with the masterminds behind the upcoming IDO World Hip-Hop, Popping, Breaking & Hip-Hop Battles Championships 2023!

1. TELL US MORE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR WORK.
Our dance school has been operating for 25 years. We raised generations of brilliant dancers. Swietokrzyski Dance Club JUMP is not just a dance school - it is one big family made of good people who love dancing.
We are working very hard because we are preparing for a really huge event. We want to make this year's championships truly special.

2. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN 5 WORDS?
determined, hardworking, creative, confident, and friendly.

3. THE HIP HOP WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022 IN GRAZ HAD AN OUTSTANDING NUMBER OF COMPETITORS. WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES AS ORGANIZER?
The whole event is a huge challenge for us, but we love it! We are extremely happy that we were given the honour of becoming the organizers. You have to be ready for a dance festival lasting a week!

4. WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BRING THIS EVENT TO KIELCE?
We live in this city every day and have been owners of a dance school where we pass on our passion to other people. We also want to promote our beautiful city among foreign dancers. We have brilliant hotels, beautiful landscapes, delicious food and wonderful culture. This city is made up of inspiring people and brilliant athletes. Our previous event also enjoyed great interest. Kielce as a city has always supported athletes, so the choice was easy. This is our place on earth, we love it.

5. HOW MANY COUNTRIES AND DANCERS WILL PARTICIPATE IN KIELCE?
This year we definitely broke the record! At our event, you will see 31 countries and almost 4,500 dancers! We are surprised, but also very grateful. We are happy to see each other again - this time in an even larger group!

6. CAN YOU SHARE YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY OR PERFORMANCE FROM PAST ORGANIZED CHAMPIONSHIPS IN KIELCE OR ANY OTHER IDO COMPETITION?
Definitely, the best memory from the last championships we organized was watching the emotions of the competitors. Your smiles and tears of happiness are the most important to us. It was wonderful to watch you make your dreams come true. It is amazing what a great and close-knit community you are.

7. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE COMPETITION IN KIELCE?
Our championships will be organized at the highest level. We will provide you with great food and high-quality clothes that you can buy at the event. The hall where the competition will be held is also unique. Handball players, who are also the hallmark of Kielce, train there every day. We love this place!
