INTERACT+ Project partners meeting, Conference and Capacity Building
The project partners of INTERACT+ (a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Sport programme of the European Union) convened in Lausanne (SUI), at the headquarters of FISU, for a partners' meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to review the progress of the work packages and receive updates on the project’s outcomes.
A key highlight of the gathering was the INTERACT+ Conference, which was attended by representatives from international federations and other stakeholders. IDO Advisor to the President, Patrik Perosa, had the honor of moderating the roundtable discussion titled From Theory to Practice: Sport for All Experiences from Sport Federations. Speakers at the roundtable included representatives from the Federation of International Bandy, the International Weightlifting Federation, Swiss Golf, the World Rafting Federation, and Youth+ Sport – Federal Office of Sport of Switzerland.
The last day and a half was dedicated to the INTERACT+ Capacity Building Workshop, with participation from international federations. Patrik Perosa had the privilege of assisting Jorg Benner in leading the module on The Role of Sport for All in Society – International and European Sport Policy Papers.
