IDO World Championships 2025: Performing Arts, Improvisation, Acrobatic & Show Dance to Shine in Castellanza, Italy

The International Dance Organization (IDO), in collaboration with the Italian Dance Sport Federation CIBS (Coordinamento Italiano Ballo Sportivo), proudly announces the IDO World Championships 2025 in Performing Arts, Improvisation, Acrobatic Dance, and Show Dance, taking place from 17th to 22nd November 2025 at the Soevis Arena, located on Via Legnano 3, in Castellanza, Italy.

Bringing together hundreds of dancers, choreographers, and coaches from across the globe, this event will once again celebrate creativity, technique, and artistic expression at the highest level. Over six dynamic days, the world’s best dancers will perform breathtaking routines that merge artistry with athleticism — a true reflection of IDO’s international excellence.

A New Chapter for Italian Dance

Hosting the Championships in Castellanza is a source of pride for Italy’s vibrant dance community. Situated in the Lombardy region near Milan, Castellanza is a charming city that perfectly combines modern vitality with deep cultural roots. Known for its elegant Villa Brambilla, home to the City Hall, and the renowned Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC), the town offers both a welcoming atmosphere and excellent infrastructure. Its proximity to Milan Malpensa Airport and direct train connections make it easily accessible for international visitors.
