IDO Presidium Maps Out Future Goals in Online Meeting

On November 6, 2024, IDO presidium members gathered online to discuss their exciting new vision, IDO 2030. This strategic plan is set to be a major step forward, bringing positive changes to the organization and enhancing various dance styles, including couple dance and performing arts.

The meeting also celebrated the success of recent IDO events held across Europe. Highlights included the Jazz, Ballet, Modern & Contemporary Championships in Slovenia, the Show Dance Championship in Poland, the Tap Dance Championship in Czechia, and the popular HipHop & Street Dance Show Championship in Skopje, which brought together thousands of dancers from around the world.

The presidium also announced that the Annual General Assembly, organized by the United States Dance & Sport Competition Federation, Inc., will take place at the Sheraton Hotel in Atlantic City, USA. This event will welcome IDO members from all around the world to meet, connect, and discuss important decisions for the year ahead.

With the IDO 2030 plan taking shape, the organization is looking forward to a new chapter of growth and collaboration in the global dance community.
