IDO Ballet, Jazz, Modern & Contemporary Championships 2025 Open in Proximustheatre, Plopsaland

The International Dance Organization proudly announces the official opening of the IDO Ballet, Jazz, Modern & Contemporary Championships 2025 at the Proximustheatre in Plopsaland, Belgium. Dancers from many countries have arrived to present their finest work in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Contemporary disciplines on one of the most impressive stages in Europe.

he event is supervised by IDO Senior Vice President Fiona Johnson (Slovenia), who shared her excitement at the start of the championships, stating:
“What a fantastic way to kick off the World Jazz Championships! The excitement in the air is palpable as we look forward to the next few days filled with mesmerizing dance performances. The energy is overflowing, and the dedication of the dancers and choreographers will surely shine through. Let’s embrace the creativity, passion, and artistry that will unfold on this incredible journey.”

The championship is chaired by Bonnie Dyer (Canada), with Vesna Huber as Scrutineer and Mariska Tauber as Moderator.

The event is organized by Dimitri Covent and IDO Belgium (BULDO), who have ensured a warm welcome and excellent conditions for all participants.
