I FEEL DANCE: When the Lights Go Out, the Feelings Remain Libero Dance Fest XII Concludes with Outstanding Success in Medvode

The twelfth edition of I Feel Dance Libero Dance Fest has successfully concluded, leaving a lasting impression on dancers, audiences, and the entire dance community. Over two dynamic days, the Sports Hall Medvode transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity, passion, and artistic expression.

With 318 choreographies, 54 dance clubs, and nearly 1,500 dancers from four countries, the festival once again confirmed its position as a key international dance event. Each performance brought a unique story to the stage, showcasing the diversity and strength of the dance scene—from young talents taking their first competitive steps to experienced performers demonstrating exceptional artistry and stage presence.

The opening day reached its peak with the Rising Star Gala, where the winning choreography “Crowded at the Box Office” by Force Dance Studio captured both the audience and the judges, setting a strong tone for the festival.

On the second day, the energy continued to rise through the Mini and Grand Gala categories. In the Mini Urban Gala, dancer Karin Sušec, under the guidance of Tjaša Leban, secured victory with “Look My Way” (Plac Studio). In the Mini Art Gala, Ema Skaza impressed with her expressive performance in “Revolution”, choreographed by Patricija Crnkovič (Libero Dance Center).

The evening program showcased the highest level of performance. The Grand Art Gala was won by “Fear” by Tovarna Plesa, while the festival’s ultimate highlight came with the Grand Urban Gala, where the choreography “Tokken” by Žan Roj (Tovarna Plesa) earned both the category win and the prestigious “Best of the Best” title, leaving a powerful impact with its energy and precision.

Beyond competition, Libero Dance Fest continues to stand as a platform for connection, inspiration, and shared experiences. The event fosters an environment where dancers support each other, audiences connect deeply with performances, and every moment on stage carries meaning.

The festival was further enhanced by the support of event partners, whose activations, prize initiatives, and interactive content contributed to the overall experience.
