Edilio Pagano Honored with the Silver Medal for Sports Merit

DO Vice President Edilio Pagano has been awarded the Silver Medal for Sports Merit by the President of CIBS, recognizing his outstanding contributions to sports dance at the international level. This prestigious accolade follows his Bronze Medal for Sports Merit in 2017, further highlighting his commitment to the growth and development of the sport.

Pagano’s impressive career spans decades of leadership in dance sport. In addition to his role as Vice President of the International Dance Organization (IDO), he also serves as Vice President of the World Rock and Roll Confederation. From 2016 to 2022, he played a pivotal role as Deputy Vice President of the Italian Dance Sport Federation (FIDS), helping shape the future of competitive dance.

This latest honor reaffirms his dedication, leadership, and tireless efforts in elevating dance as a global sport. His impact continues to inspire athletes, professionals, and federations worldwide.
