Breakin’ Business Conference Announced for BLOC × IDO World Breaking Championship

The International Dance Organization (IDO), together with BLOC (Breakin’ League of Organizations & Clubs), is pleased to announce the Breakin’ Business Conference, taking place on Monday, 27 October 2025 at Hotel ONE66 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The conference is an integral part of the BLOC × IDO World Breaking Championship and is designed especially for studio owners and program leaders who wish to strengthen and expand their breaking schools. Participants will gain valuable insights into business systems, sustainable revenue models, staffing and teacher development, program design, partnerships, and school/NMO alignment—all essential for building resilient and future-ready dance organizations.

Presentation Pathway & Free Entry

Delegations bringing students to the World Championship receive free entry to the conference by preparing a 5–10 minute presentation that introduces their school, highlights a current challenge, and outlines a near-term goal with its main obstacle.

Fees for Other Attendees

• Early Bird (IDO members): €149.99 (available until 3 October 2025)

• Standard Fee: €299.99 (from 4 October 2025)
  Invoices will be issued by BLOC.

Registration

All applications (Free, Early Bird, and Standard) must be sent via your IDO National Member Organization (NMO) to info@blocworld.org by Tuesday, 30 September 2025. Please include:

• School name and country

• Number of delegates (max. 2 per club/NMO) and presenter details

• Presentation title/topic + identified challenge or goal

• Dietary needs (for dinner/coffee break), if applicable
