Message from the IDO President to the Global Dance Community

As the year 2025 comes to an end, the International Dance Organization pauses to reflect on a season filled with movement, commitment, and powerful human connections. Across continents, stages, and disciplines, IDO once again brought together dancers and dance professionals united by the same passion — to step onto the floor and give their best.

Throughout the year, World and Continental Championships, IDO licensed events, and educational activities created meeting points where cultures connected, friendships were built, and generations of dancers shared the same space. Every performance, rehearsal, and competition day carried stories of dedication, discipline, and personal growth. Together, these moments shaped a year that will remain deeply written in the history of the organization.

The strength of IDO in 2025 was not measured only by numbers, but by the spirit that filled arenas, theatres, and sports halls around the world. With record participation and events held across four continents, the global IDO family continued to grow, supported by the work of national federations, organizers, judges, coaches, volunteers, and, above all, dancers.

“Looking back at 2025, I feel great respect and gratitude for everyone who is part of the International Dance Organization. This year brought many emotions, unforgettable performances, and moments that reminded us why dance plays such an important role in our lives.

The dedication shown by our members, organizers, and officials made 2025 another record-breaking year for IDO. Together, we continued to build a strong international platform where dancers of all ages and styles can develop, perform, and feel recognized.

As we step into a new season, I look forward to 2026 with confidence and hope. I wish that the coming year brings you health, joy, inspiration, and many beautiful moments on the dance floor. May every step you take carry passion, belief, and happiness.
