IDO WORLD MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY CHAMPIONSHIPS START TODAY!- Press Release 176/2018
The International Dance Organization’s World Modern and Contemporary Championships start today and will continue until Sunday 9th December 2018 at the Hotel Ossa, Rawa Mazowiecka, Poland.
The events are organised by Duet Dance School and the Polish Dance Federation led by Piotr Patlaszynski. 1,362 dancers from 29 nations and 4 continents are taking part.
The participating countries are:
Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Ghana, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Korea, Latvia, Macedonia, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States of America.
IDO Senior Vice-President Prof. Dr. Velibor Srdic from Bosnia & Herzegovina will be the events Chairperson of Judges, Bonnie Dyer from Canada will be the events Supervisor whilst Oleg Yasvin from Belarus will be the events Scrutineer.
