IDO CYPRUS WORLD OPEN HAS STARTED

The International Dance Organization’s, licensed event, the IDO Cyprus World Open has started. The World event is organised in Limasol, Cyprus, by the Cyprus Federation of Social and Sport Dance and led by Aliki Charalambidou. The IDO is represented by IDO Vice-President and Sports Director, Fiona Johnson Kocjancic who will be the events Supervisor. She confirms how proud she is to be present at the 1st IDO international event in Limasol, Cyprus. More than 1000 dancers from 5 countries: Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, Russia and Cyprus will be performing over two days, on the 16th and 17th March 2019. The dancers will compete in various dance styles, from Performing Arts, Urban dances and Couple dances in front of an international adjudication panel from Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Serbia, Greece and Slovenia. IDO Vice-President Fiona Johnson Kocjancic, said: ‘It is very nice to see so many dancers from 5 countries, especially as it is a first-time event. All this is proof of great work the IDO National member, Cyprus Dancesport Federation represented by Mrs. Alicia Charalambidou and the Board of Directors.
