World Dance Olympiad in Moscow/Russian Federation

- More than 12.000 dancers are going to participate

From 1 to 10 May the 5th World Dance Olympiad is taking place in Moscow/Russian Federation.

There will be IDO European Championships in Ballet/Pointe, Jazz Dance and Modern. Dancers can compete also in the World Championships in Acrobat/Gymnastic Dance, Flamenco, Folklore Dance, Oriental/Belly Dance and Techno.

Additionally, there is an IDO approved event of Street- and Show Dance. The Latino and Special Couple Dances World Cup and Championships will conclude this huge event.

The IDO Dance family looks to Moscow. The buzzling capital of the Russian Federation will be the showplace for the traditional Russian Cups with more than 12.000 dancers.

For the European and World Championships dancers from twelve countries ( Belarus, Bulgaria,Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovak Republic and Ukraine ) are expected in the competition venue, the Crocus Expo Hall - the International Exhibition Complex.

As in the years before, Andrej Kokoulin is organizing the World Dance Olympiad. The broad range of dancing competitions is supervised by Hana Svehlova from Slovak Republic and the Chairman of the Judges, IDO President Bill Fowler from the United States.
