Nov 30, 200711. Riesa Danceweek 2007 - Part 1

Unbelievable! The IDO World SHOWdance Festival was even better than the years before

- Poland won the most medals, Russia the Formation-Crown!

COUNTRIES
Bosnia & Herzegowina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine, USA and Germany sent their best dancers to perform and compete in 5 consecutive days - 59 hours - to find the best of the best in their categories and age groups.

More than 11.000 enthusiastic spectators enjoyed the numerous different attractive shows, colorful costumes, fascinating choreographies and beautiful dancers.

33 adjudicators from 17 different countries served as judges to select the dancers and to rank them from the winner to the last one - truely the most difficult job these days.

Ralf Josat, THE dance expert from Limburg, Germany and Chairman of the Showdance Department in the German TAF hosted the event together with the organizer and IDO vice president, Michael Wendt.
