IDO Annual General Meeting 2005

- Graz in Austria will host the IDO AGM 2005

TO ALL NATIONAL IDO MEMBER ORGANISATIONS AND CONTACT PERSONS Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, In accordance with the IDO statutes I am pleased to give you notice that the IDO Annual General Meeting will take place Monday June 20th 2005 at 10.00 oclock in the famouse Hotel Weitzer in Graz Austria. http://www.weitzer.com The contact person for reservations is Mrs. Barbara Braunstein, her email address is: bb@graztourismus.at Please make all the reservations before the 19th of Mai. After that date our reserved rooms will be available for all. The deadline for proposals to be enclosed in the agenda of the AGM is the 25th Mars 2005. Each member organization has the opportunity to submit items for the agenda including any proposals for new Dance Sport Rules or amendments for changes to the Dance Sport Rules and proposals for changes or amendments to the IDO Statutes and/or By Laws. All proposals must reach the President?s office by Email, or by Fax or Post and signed by authorised official, before the deadline, to be enclosed in the agenda. Please note that no proposals will be accepted from the floor at the AGM, unless unanimously agreed. All proposals will be published in the IDO website www.ido-dance.com 1st of May 2005. Amendments to those proposals will be accepted until the 15th of May 2005 and a final detailed Agenda for the AGM will be published the first week in June. There will be a Come together party at a venue that will be announced later in the evening after the AGM Monday the 20th June starting at 21.00 hours for delegates, judges and officials. During the Festival week end 16-19/6 the following competitions will take place: World Championships Hip Hop Children European Championships Break Dance Juniors and Adults European Championships Electric Boogie Juniors and Adults European Championships Hip Hop Juniors and Adults Time and dates will be published in the organizers web site.
